These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws as under:
Users In India
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil nadu, India. In case of a dispute, the parties shall opt for arbitration in English Language at Chennai, Tamil nadu, India by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Digimenuz
For Users Outside India
· We currently do not provide any services or products.
Any cause of action you may have concerning your use of the Website or application must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
